WELDING & FABRICATION

 

  • Welding:  CWB (Canadian Welding Bureau) certified.  TIG/MIG/Stick, specializing in Steel, Stainless Steel, and Plastic material.
  • Cutting:  Oxyacetylene, Plasma Arc, Bandsaws.
  • Shearing:  Accurshear – Power Squaring Shear (Model 837510, 3/8” x 120”); Scotchman® Ironworker 85 ton (Model FI-8507-14M).
  • Grinding:  Brown & Sharpe – Grinder (Model 618 Micromaster, 6” x 18”); Kent® – Surface Grinder (Model SGS-20140 AHD, 20” x 40”).
  • Forming:  Accurpress – Press Brake 250 ton (Model 725012, up to 12’ wide), Ermak - Small Press Brake (Micro Bend 3.3' x 44).
  • Plate Roll:  FACCIN (Model AS1-1515, ¼” x 5’ long).
  • Cranes:   Two O’Brien 5 ton Overhead Cranes, 1 O’Brien 2 ton Overhead Crane.
  • Forklift:  CAT 2P6000 (5200 lb capacity).
  • Testing:  Functional testing per customer requirements can be provided as an additional service; Usually carried out at our facility, based on customer time constraints.
