QUALITY POLICY STATEMENT
Quality Machining Services Ltd. has adopted a policy to provide our customers with the best Quality Products and Services
available in the Precision Machining Industry. The company will listen to its client’s concerns and provide them with a
product or service, which meets or exceeds their needs and expectations for quality.
To achieve this goal, Quality Machining Services Ltd. are committed to implementing all the requirements of ISO 9001:2015,
which will provide the road map to continually monitor and improve the company’s quality objectives. A special interest is placed
on the participation of every employee to identify areas for continuous improvement, and to provide input into the
quality of the company’s product and services.
This policy will ensure that Quality Machining Services Ltd. remains a leader in the precision machining of components and parts.
QUALITY ASSURANCE - INSPECTION
Receiving Inspection: All products from suppliers are inspected to verify conformity to drawing and purchase order specifications.
In-Process Inspection: All products are inspected at various key points in the manufacturing process for conformity to customer requirements (per drawings, specifications, and a Job Traveller).
Final Inspection: All products manufactured at our facility receive final QA inspection prior to release to our customers.
QUALITY ASSURANCE - CONTROL
Quality Machining Services Limited takes extensive measures to verify conformance to customer requirements, and we take pride in our commitment to our customers’ needs regarding quality product and on-time delivery.
Any product found to be non-conforming as a result of our negligence is replaced or repaired in a timely manner using our RMA procedure, to reduce any negative impact to the customer.
All received, in-process, or final products, found to be non-conforming to requirements during inspection, are tagged (defective material, part number, quantity of parts affected, defect description, NCR number) and held in quarantine for disposition by the QA Inspector and appropriate Project Manager.
Supplier and internal performance trends are tracked and evaluated against our Quality Objectives and Targets. Continuous improvement initiatives are on-going endeavour.
